ORDER

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on its behalf has turned up. A perusal of the case file indicates that none has been appearing for the complainant before this Commission after 20.05.2022. Notice was also issued to the complainant on the given address but not found. Hence, this Commission has no option except to dismiss the complaint in default of appearance. We order accordingly.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
