ORDER

     At this stage, the parties have settled the matter. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.2 has stated that on instructions, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP No.2 shall have the entire body of the car in question painted free of cost within a period of one month from today. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Nirmal Singh Jagdeva, Counsel for Complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.2. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant that he does not press any claim against OP No.1 and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement.

     In view of the aforesaid statements and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following order:-

     “OP No.2 shall have the entire body of the car in    question painted free of cost within a period of one   month from today i.e. 31.07.2023”

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
