Adv. Mr. Kalode is present for the appellant. None for the respondent is present. Adv. for the appellant files a pursis with his VP stating therein that the present appeal which was transferred from the State Commission, Mumbai to Nagpur. In the present appeal an order has already passed on 18/6/2008, the copy of which the enclosed with the pursis. He further submitted that the present appeal is now pending before the National Commission. Thus, it appears that the present appeal was already disposed of but still has remained on the board. Hence the registry is directed to take appropriate action about the proper recording and preservation to present decided appeal.
