Complainant is absent & no steps taken. Seen the Office Note. On perusal of record, it is found that no such document is available in support of the claim. In the other hand, it is a matter coming under Right to information Act-2005 and there is specific provision for appeal in the said Act & there is no scope to entertain under C.P.Act-2019.  Hence, the complaint petition is hereby dismissed on the point of admission and advice to complainant to take shelter under the appropriate forum.
