                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.15p.m.  but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending for notice to Ops no. 1 to 3 since the filing of the complaint on 11.03.2014.  The complainant despite availing various opportunities has failed to furnish the correct address and regisetered covers for notice to Ops no. 1 to 3.  For the last two hearings nobody is appearing on behalf of the parties.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.   Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
