Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 01.07.2021. Complainant is not appearing since 08.05.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 14.08.2023 last and final opportunity was granted to complainant for appearance. However today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
