Put up the record on the prayer made by the complainant Akash Routh. It is from the record that on dated 27.01.2022 the case was fixed for evidence-on-affidavit by the complainant. In the petition the complainant submits that the dispute between the complainant and the O.P. Pincha Computers has amicably settled. The complainant also stated that he has no complain against the O.P. and he also willing to withdraw the case. Heard the prayer of the complainant considered and allowed.

Hence the case is disposed off.
