The complainant and both the O.Ps. are present. Both parties submit that they are agreed to settle their dispute by making payment / receiving payment of Rs. 38,00,000/-. The O.Ps. submit that they will pay Rs. 30,000/- to the complainant today in cash and they will pay the rest amount by installment. After discussion it was agreed between the parties that the O.Ps. will pay the rest amount of Rs. 37,70,000/- by four monthly installments @ Rs. 9,42,500/- p.m. to the complainant by way of D.D. / pay order payable by 10^th day of each month and first of such installments shall fall due on 10^th January, 2022. The O.Ps. are jointly and severally liable to make the payment and the  entire amount shall be paid to the complainant by 10^th day of April, 2022, in default, the complainant shall be at liberty to put the order in execution against the O.Ps. The photocopy of the money receipt for Rs. 30,000/- be kept with the record.     

Hence, the CC Case be disposed of on consent of both parties. Let copy of the order be supplied to both parties free of cost as per rules.
