This record put up today before the Megalok Adalat held at Civil Court premises. Complainant filed hazira and present. Counsel for Op1 also filed hazira and present. SR against Op2 not yet returned back. The memos filed by both the parties i.e. provides of new hand set against the defect hand set By the Op1 and the receipt of same by the complainant are taken to consideration. Complainant also agreed not to proceed further with this case against the Ops as the Op1 provided a new Telephone set in same model with sell letter against the defective set and also returned the defective set to the Ops. Counsel with due acknowledgement and in respect of non prosecution a memo was also filed after due service on the other side and Op1 has also no objection if the proceeding is dropped as complainant has no more grievance left.
