          Today Is Fixed For Order In View Of The Petition Filed By Complainant Dt.30.4.12. Ld. Lawyer Of Complainant Has Prayed For Punitive Damage For Bounce Of A Cheque And For Which A Case Was Initiated In The Criminal Court  I.D. In The Court Of The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bankshal Court Against Complainant. Instant MA/02/12 Was Initiated Out Of CDF-1 Case No.71 Of 2006 And The Said Case Was Disposed Of To The Fullest Satisfaction.

          Ld. Lawyer Of Complainant I.E. Petitioner Of Case No. MA/02/12 Has Referred To A Decision Of Hon’ble National Commission Passed On 8.5.12 In Revision Petition No.53 Of 2007 Between Reliance India Mobile Ltd.  Vs.  Hari Chandra Gupta And On Perusal Of The Entire Materials On Record We Find That The Said Decision Is Hardly Applicable In The Context Of The Facts And Circumstances Disclosed On Record Since There Is No Future In This Case As The Original Case Has Already Been Disposed Of Its Fullest Satisfaction.

          Accordingly, Instant Petition With A Prayer For Punitive Damage Prayed For By Complainant Stands Rejected On Contest. Thus The MA Case No.02 Of 2012 Stands Dismissed On Contest Without Cost.
