PIE Scholastics through Managing Director/Prop./Partner Sh.Savin Sindhu, SCO No. 16-17, First Floor, Sector 20-D, Chandigarh.

Present:           Sh.Sunidh Kashyap, complainant no. 2 in person.

                                                            ORDER

 

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-            

“Statement of Sh.G.S. Benipal, Counsel for OP

The matter has been settled between the parties. In lieu of the settlement,  we are  offering a sum of Rs.24,791/- as full and final refund of the amount to the complainant no.2  in the shape of  cheque no. 067150 dated 25.11.2010 of HDFC Bank of Rs.24,791/- in the name of complainant no. 2 (Sunidh Kashyap). It is therefore requested that the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawan.

 

 

Statement of Sh.Sunidh Kashyap s/o Sh.P.N Kashyap, Complainant no. 2.

The matter has been settled between the parties.  I have received the above said cheque towards full and final settlement of the present case and nothing is pending to be received from the OP. Hence,  I withdraw the present complaint as satisfied. It is therefore requested that the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn”.

 

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties would remain bound by their statements.

 

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
