            Today is fixed for compliance of the final order under execution by the Jdrs.  The Dhr. files hazira.

              The Jdr. No.1 appears through its Ld. Advocate and files hazira along with a banker’s cheque for Rs.6000/- dated 29.9.2015 being No.520001 drawn on S.B.I. in the name of the Dhr.  Let the same be kept with the record.

            The Dhr. files a petition praying to hand over the banker’s cheque submitted by the Jdr. Noo.1 along with voter’s identity card and a photocopy of the same.  The photocopy of the voter’s identity card is compared with the original and the original voter’s identity card is returned to the Dhr. keeping the photocopy of the same.  The petition is taken up for hearing.  Heard both the sides.  On call Dhr. himself is present and he has identified by his Ld. Advocate.  We carefully perused the photocopy of the voter’s identity card and satisfied that the Dhr. Amit Kumar Nandi himself is present.  So, there is no bar to hand over the banker’s cheque for Rs.6000/- as mentioned above to the Dhr. on proper receipt.

            Let the banker’s cheque as mentioned above be handed over to the Dhr. Amit Kumar Nandi on proper receipt.

            The Dhr.files a verified petition intimating this Forum that the Jdr. No.1& 2 have complied with the directions as mentioned in the final order passed in D.F. Case No.74/2010, under execution and has prayed to dispose of this execution case on full satisfaction.

            We are satisfied that the final order under execution has been fully satisfied.  Hence, it is

Ordered

that the execution case No.73/2014 is disposed of on full satisfaction. Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
