        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri P.Shyam Sundar, Advocate for the Complainant,   and the Opposite Party No.2, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

ORDER

        Complainant present and filed a memo for not pressing the complaint and also endorsed on the complaint.  The counsel for the Complainant identified the person and signature.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
