                   Today, the Complaint is fixed for consideration on its admissibility. At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same seeking liberty to file it afresh before the appropriate authority/Tribunal/Competent Court etc.  

                    Heard.
