ORDER
The parties have settled the dispute before the Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Nitin Thatai, Counsel for OPs has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Ali Hussain, Complainant in person has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by statements made before the Lok Adalat today and the same shall form a part of this order.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. Statement of Sh.Nitin Thatai, Counsel for OPs.

Stated that OPs have replaced the Hair Clipper (Machine in question) of the complainant with a new one of the same model, alongwith fresh warranty of five years from today i.e. 25.11.2016, towards full and final settlement of this complaint. Besides that, a sum of Rs.700/- has also been paid to the complainant as compensation. The old machine in question is lying with the service centre of OP No.1.

I have heard the statement made by Sh.Nitin Thatai, Counsel for OPs today. I have no objection to the above settlement. I have received new Hair Clipper Machine alongwith Rs.700/- as compensation from the counsel for OPs today. This complaint be disposed of as fully satisfied.
