AWARD

          Vide his separate statement, the ld.Counsel for the OP No.1 stated that matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement OP No.1 Company will pay a total sum of Rs.3600/- to the complainant within a period of 10 days from today-16.9.2024, failing which OP shall further pay Rs.5000/- to the complainant apart from Rs.3600/- and this is towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present consumer complaint.

          Vide separate statement, the ld. Counsel for the complainant stated that he admits the aforesaid statement of the ld. Counsel for the OPs and the complaint be disposed of accordingly.

2]        In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

The OP No.1 Company shall pay an amount of Rs.3600/- to the complainant within a period of 10 days from today-16.9.2024, failing which the OP No.1 shall be liable to further pay Rs.5000/- to the complainant apart from aforesaid amount of Rs.3600/-.

3]        The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
