BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to repay Rs.57,600/- the amount due on the chit group name T bearing ticket #:3 and T bearing ticket #:10 with interest @ 24% from 26.02.2009 and 23.10.2009 respectively till repayment and to pay Rs.50,000/- for the deficiency of service committed by the opposite parties in falling to repay the money due with interest on the completed chit and to pay Rs.50,000/- as compensation for the resultant mental agony and pain caused by such deficiency of service and to pay Rs.5,000/- as cost of this complaint.

          Complainant notice served.  Complainant absent.  No representation for complainant.  Complainant counsel already died.  Matter pending for long time.  Complainant continously absent.  Complainant has no interest in prosecuting the matter.  Sufficient time given.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed for default.
