Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present .perused the complaint petition and the annexure thereto . Heard the complainant .

It is submitted for the complainant that the complainant visited the OPs place on 15.10.2021 with his family and friends for dinner . The waiter was serving the food items in very careless and negligent manner and thus some boiling gravy spilled on the lap of the complainant  and thus causing burn injury on the both left and right thigh  of the complainant . After the incident neither the manager nor the waiter bother to provide first-aid to suppress irritation of the complainant .  The complainant sent  a letter on 18.10.2021  and on 09.12.2021 sent a legal notice  to the OPs 2 to 4 describing the grievances and prayed to refund of billed amount , price of the trouser and compensation upon the harassment within seven days . But the both are still non-respond .

On perusal of the complaint petition along with all annexures it is observed that no document of medical treatment /medical report of the said burn injury is furnished by the complainant in support of his claim .

Therefore the complaintpetition  is not admitted due to lack of necessary documents .
