The registered notice issued to the OP returned with a endorsement as “ Left”.  On 04.11.2015 the complainant who was present was asked to furnish the correct address of the OP and take necessary steps for service of notice.  However, since then the complainant remained absent continuously and failed to take necessary steps against the OP by furnishing their correct address.  The complainant without their being any valid reasons, has remained absent and failed to take necessary steps in the complaint.  It appears that complainant has no interest in prosecuting the present complaint.  Hence, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
