None appeared from the side of complainant. From perusal of complaint petition it prima facie appears that the complainant is the resident of West Singhbhum and cause of action for this case has not taken place even partly in the territorial juridiction of this commission, hence this case is dissmissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file this case before the appropiate commission and the period of limitation will be excluded regarding the tendency of this case before this commission, if the case is presented before the appropiate commission. Let this record he kept in the record room.
