COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION. 35 OF CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:     None for the complainant.

                None for OP No. 2.

                OP No. 1 ex parte.

 

                Today, the case was fixed for appearance of the complainant as well as opposite party No. 2. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant and opposite party No. 2. It is already 12:30 PM. Now, the case be again called after lunch.

Copy of this order be sent to complainant as well as opposite party No. 2 free of cost. File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
