Today is fixed for further admission hearing.  Complainant is absent without steps.  On call complainant is found absent.

It appears from the case record that complainant has already given opportunity for advancing admission hearing but no steps has been taken by the complainant. This matter is clearly indicating that complainant is not at all interested to proceed with this case.  So this case is dismissed for non prosecution.
