                This I.A. has been put in by the opposite party Under Section 151 CPC,  praying to consider the question regarding the period of limitation in filing the complaint as a preliminary issue alleging that the complainant  alleged  to have  purchased   paint materials from opposite party on 21.10.2008,  that the  complaint was filed on 20.04.2011, that the complainant never   made any communication  with the opposite party in the subject matter of the complaint till  the date of complaint, that the  complainant  ought to have preferred the  complaint on or before 21.10.2010 if at all he is having a genuine cause  of  action  against the opposite party, that for the delay
