Not on today’s Board.  Matter is scheduled for hearing on 28/11/2014.  However, both the complainants a/w. their Advocate Mr.Kashinath Raul present with authority letter issued by Advocate on record and Advocate for the opponent Ms.Kshama Loya present with authority letter issued by Advocate on record mentioned that the matter is settled and complainants want to withdraw the complaint.  Hence, matter is taken on today’s Board.

          Both complainants-Mr.Rajesh Kumar Singh and Mrs.Archana Singh have filed a pursis to withdraw this complaint.  Withdrawal pursis is signed by both complainants, which is duly verified by Advocate of the complainants on record.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.       Complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
