                  Today, the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility of the complaint. Ld. Counsel for the complainant  made statement to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to file a fresh complaint.

                     Keeping in view of the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complainant. File be  consigned to record room after due compliance.
