                   Heard on admission.

                   Perusal of the complaint shows that the Complainant has prayed for refund of fees deposited by her to the tune of Rs. 2,59,068/-.  She has claimed compensation to the tune of Rs. 9 lacs to her and the compensation to the tune of Rs. 10 lacs for her parents.  We are of the view that as it may be a claim of Rs. 2 lacs and odd has been stretched to a claim of Rs. 22 lacs and odd only a modest to bring it with the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission.  In the circumstances, the complaint is dismissed being not within the purview of pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission.  File be consigned to Record Room.  Complainant is granted liberty to seek remedy in the proper Forum.
