The complainant submitted that the Commission between both the Ops has already been settled amicably in the out said of the commission, therefore the complainant received the amount Rs.22000/- from op no.2 wants to withdraw his case and prayer to dismiss the present proceeding the submissions, we feel at this stage further proceeding of the case would be above of the process of Law. Hence accordingly we dropped the case with an order as to no cost.
