                The complainant  in this case  had appeared last on 20.9.2019.   Thereafter there was outbreak of corona pandemic.  The complainant did not appear thereafter on  12.11.2021  and 03.03.2022.    Today also there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant.  The complaint is still at the admission stage.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
