O.P.No-1&  2  are   present     through   ld.  counsels.    Complainant  is    absent  . The  case   has  been    fixed  for   necessary  order.It  is      seen    that  an    order  was   passed   on    13/12/22  for  filing   evidence   on  affidavit    by the    complainant    as  last  chance , but  the    complainant   was   absent   without   step  on     2/2/23, 21/3/23,16/5/23   &  13/6/23.

We  are     of  the   view   that  the    complainant  is   not  interested  to  proceed    with  his   case   and    accordingly   the  case  is  dismissed    for  default.
