Present:  None for complainant.

               

                Today the case was fixed for issuance of notice to OPs. A careful perusal of the file would reveal that from the previous many dates learned counsel for complainant failed to supply the correct addresses of opposite parties for issuance of notice to them. Case called several times since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of complainant. It seems that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. There is no justification to adjourn the case further as it pertains to the year 2019.

        Hence, in view the above discussion, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
