          Present none for the complainant, since 05/07/2016, 08/08/2016, 15/09/2016,

27/09/2016, 08/11/2016 and 22/12/2016.

          Instant complaint has been filed by the complainant on 21-03-2016 when the complainant appeared in person and notice was issued for 06/05/2016. On 06/05/2016 counsel for complainant and OP 1 and OP 2 appeared and the copy of the complaint was supplied and the matter was listed for filing written statement on 05/07/2016.  From  05/07/2016 till  22/12/2016 neither complainant nor his counsel entered appearance.  As nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant it seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his complaint, hence we are of the opinion that it will be abuse of process of law to proceed further in the absence of the complainant.           Hence the complaint is dismissed in default.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law. 

File be consigned  to Record Room.
