JDs no. 2 & 3 not served.

                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.50 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the DH.  This execution was filed by the DH on 09.11.2015, but so far JD no. 2 & 3 are not served for want of correct address and registered covers.

                        The DH after availing various opportunities has failed to file the correct address and registered covers for notice to JDs no. 2 & 3 and also the details of bank account of JD no. 1.  From the perusal of the zimini orders, we observe that since 27.07.2016 nobody is appearing on behalf of the DH.  It seems that the DH is not interested to pursue his execution.  The DH despite various adjournments has failed to file the registered covers for notice to JDs no. 2 & 3 and the details of bank account of JD no. 1 and the execution is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
