            Shri R.K.Kaimathiya,  learned counsel for the appellant.

            As per order dated 06.06.2023, 7 days time was granted to furnish pre-deposit receipt u/s 41 of the C.P.Act.

          But the same was furnished by the appellant on 14.06.2023, which was not within the stipulated time.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.06.2023, without further reference to the Bench.
