Heard. Vide impugned order, appeal of the petitioner pending before the State Commission was dismissed in default. Counsel for respondent has no objection if the present petition is allowed and appeal of the petitioner may be restored subject to payment of heavy cost. In view of the statement given by counsel for respondent, petition is allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs.15,000/-. Cost be paid to the respondent by way of demand draft in his name directly, within four weeks. Appeal filed by the petitioner before the State Commission stands restored. Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 16.4.2013. Revision petition stands disposed of accordingly.
