Shri Ayush Gupta, Advocate, for Shri S.C. Thathai, Advocate, Counsel for OPs No. 2 to 4.

 

          Today the case is fixed for appearance of OP No.1. At this stage, the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same being fully satisfied as now, nothing is due against the OPs.

          Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
