ORDER

OP is hereby directed to replace the computer system with its accessories of similar description which shall be free from any defect OR to return the complainant a sum of Rs.53,700/- with interest at 18% per annum on Rs.52,900/- from 9-1-1999 till the date of payment. OP is liable to pay the cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant. OP shall comply the above order within 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.
