Both the parties are present in persons.

The Complainant has returned the Power riper Machine to the OP i.e. Authorized Representative of Patla Khawa Agri and Allied Service Pvt. Ltd., and accordingly OP files a declaration that he has received the said machine. The OP is directed to file the said declaration in their own Proforma Pad of the Company. The Complainant files another petition stating inter alia that he has received the amount of Rs.1,45,000/- in his account which is identified by his Ld. Advocate Mr. Soumik Sanyal.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the case is disposed of on consent by the parties.

Hence, it is

            That the complaint case No. CC/53/2024 be and the same is hereby disposed of.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
