Present:       None for the complainant.

                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.30 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the perusal of the order sheet we observed that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant after 27.01.2016.  Since then the case has already been adjourned for 3 times in the absence of the complainant and for notice to OP no. 1 for filing correct address, registered AD cover and copies of complaint etc.  But neither the complainant appeared nor the compliance of the order has been made by the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint and the same is hereby dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default.  File be consigned to the record room.
