Today this case is fixed for order.

On perusal of the record it has been revealed that the complainant was personally appeared on 16.02.2015 and files a petition for withdrawal of this case.

The complainant has stated in his petition, mentioned above that he will not proceed with this case as there are some technical defects in this case, as such the complainant is willing to withdraw this case.

The ground mentioned in the petition praying to withdraw is sufficient.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

that the petition for withdrawal of this case filed on 16.02.2015 is allowed.

Accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw this case.

This case being No. CC-94/2014 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.

Let copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
