Sh. Tojo Singh S/o Jagat Ram Works Manager of PASCO Motors, Ropar resident of House No.1655, Sector 52, Chandigarh.

At the stage the matter has been amicably settled. Statements of the parties recorded. Statement of Sh. Tojo Singh S/o Jagat Ram, Works Manager of OP No.1 recorded to the effect that “ OP No.1 is ready to handover the cheque bearing No. 005521 dated 21.2.2017 amounting to Rs. 18,061/- to complainant. OP No.1 also ready to pay remaining amount of Rs. 16,000/- to complainant within 15 days from today as full and final settlement of the claim of complainant. OP No.1 will replace “universal joint (Cross) of the vehicle (Ghora) bearing No.PB31P-3656.

Statement of the learned counsel Sh. Pawan Kumar Singla, Advocate on behalf of complainant recorded as “he has received the cheque bearing No. 005521 dated 21.2.2017 amounting to Rs. 18,061/- from Sh. Tojo Singh, Works Manager of PASCO, OP No.1. He has also heard the statement suffered by the works Manager of the OP No.1. He withdraws the present complaint as fully satisfied.

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, parties shall bound by their statements. In case OP No.1 fails to abide by the statement then the complainant will be at liberty to file an execution.
