Heard counsel for the parties.  Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is ready to pay the sum of Rs. 27,000/-  to the respondent and the matter may not be treated as precedent in future.  In view of this, we direct the petitioner to pay Rs. 27,000/- to the respondent within a period of six weeks.  If the said amount is not paid within the stipulated period, the amount shall carry interest @ 15% from today. The issues between the parties shall stand settled on payment and the payment shall be the full and final settlement of the claim of the respondent. Hence, the revision is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to cost.
