This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to pay Rs.1,00,000/- towards F.D. amount  along with interest of @ 24% p.a. from January, 2007 to till realization and to pay Rs.20,000/- towards mental agony, financial stress and deficiency of service and to pay Rs.10,000/- towards compensation and  Rs.10,000/-  towards costs of the proceedings to the complainant. 

 

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of Sri M. Chennaiah Goud, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and Sri K. Anil Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite party  No.1 and Sri G.K. Ramachandra Chary, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for OPs.2 to 4 and Sri A.K. Chandrasekhar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for OP.5 and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:
