O R D E R

  In the result, the complaint is allowed in part directing the opposite party Nos.1 and 3 to 5 jointly and severally to pay the chits amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in total with less amount of Rs.5,000/- in total towards agent commission i.e., Rs.95,000/- to the complainant along with interest @ 8% p.a. from November, 2006 till the date of realization (since the complainant himself admitted that the opposite parties have paid the interest on the chits amount till October, 2006) and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- towards compensation and Rs.500/- towards costs of the proceedings within one month from the date of the present order. The complaint against OP.2 is since dismissed without costs as not pressed.
