        Statement of the Counsel for the OP Sh. Rakesh Bhardwaj without oath:

        I on behalf of the Parsvnath Developers Ltd. i.e. the OP state that the OP shall pay to the Complainant an amount of Rs. 16,02,720/- alongwith the interests @ 9% per annum from the date of its deposit within a period of 3 months from today.  The whole aforesaid amount shall be paid by the OP on or before 5^th May, 2015.

        I have heard the statement made by the Counsel for the OP Sh. Rakesh Bhardwaj.  I accept the same as correct. In view of the statement made by Sh. Rakesh Bhardwaj, Advocate, I on behalf of the Complainant compromise the matter and withdraw his complaint.
