There appears to be a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties. Counsel for OP No.1 undertakes to refund his share of principal amount to the complainant within four weeks. In view of this undertaking, learned counsel for the complainant states that complainant would be ready and willing to withdraw the complaint provided OP No.1 refunds him the balance consideration amount alongwith his share of interest thereon in terms of RP No. 396 of 2011 and other connected revision petitions and OP No.2 is also ready and willing to pay the interest of its share in terms of the said order and also that OP No. 1 undertakes to pay the compensation as decided by the Supreme Court in SLP No. 17133-17134 of 2013. Since there is possibility of settlement, order on review petition is deferred. List on 15.07.2014.
