          Rajiv Chanana-complainant has made a statement (Annexure A) that he has received post dated cheques amounting to Rs.69,22,557.86 (photocopies Annexures A-1 to A-6) in full and final settlement from Parsvnath Developer Limited-opposite party.  He has further urged that since the matter has been compromised, the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one in case any of the cheque is dishonoured.

2.      It is ordered accordingly.
