ORDER

At the time of arguments, a very serious objection has been raised by Counsel for the Opposite Parties that when complaint was filed, the total amount claimed plus price of the unit was more than Rs.1 crore.

                   We have gone through the prayer made and calculations placed on record and are convinced that total amount claimed after adding price of the unit, is beyond Rs.1 crore.

                   At this stage, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars.

                   To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite. 

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Time consumed during prosecuting this complaint will not be taken into consideration when calculating delay period at the time of filing fresh complaint.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
