            Sh. Aftab Singh Khara, Advocate, Counsel  for the Opposite Parties states that the amount deducted towards tax deducted at source (TDS) shall be paid through a demand draft to the complainant within 10 days from today. It is further stated that matter qua payment of compensation between the period 2009 to 2011 and also dispute as to who will make payment of 30% of the total compensation, is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.

2.         In view of above, we dispose of the complaint as partly satisfied. However, liberty shall remain with the complainant to file a fresh complaint, after decision taken by the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, qua remaining reliefs claimed in this complaint case. The Opposite Parties are further directed to make payment of an amount of Rs.50,000/- towards cost of litigation. The said amount shall also be paid by the Opposite Parties through a demand draft alongwith the amount payable as mentioned above.

3.         In terms of above agreement, this complaint stands disposed of.

4.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.

5.         File be consigned to the record room, after completion.
