Order

 

        The appellant has impugned the orders dt. 08.04.2015 passed by the Ld. District Forum VI.  Vide impugned order the complaint filed by the appellant in the District Forum dismissed in default and for non prosecution.

        Contention of the appellant is that he remained under the impression that the matter was listed on 18.04.2015 whereas the case was listed on 08.04.2015. 

We have no reasons to disbelieve the contention put forth by the complainant/appellant.  In the circumstances, appeal is allowed.  Orders dt.  08.04.2015 passed by the Ld. District Forum, are set aside. The complaint filed by the appellant/complainant in the District Forum is restored to its original number. 

Copy of this order be sent to the District Forum for disposal of the complaint on merits. Complainant to appear in the District Forum on 17.07.2015.
