Today in Court, calculation sheet has been filed by Counsel for the judgment debtors stating that the judgment debtors are making payment in terms of calculation sheet through 7 cheques i.e. one cheque bearing No.353405 dated 13.02.2018 in the sum of Rs.5 Lacs and six post-dated cheques bearing Nos.101936 to 101941, in the sum of Rs.5 Lacs each payable on 17.04.2018, 17.05.2018, 16.06.2018, 16.07.2018, 15.08.2018 and 14.09.2018 respectively, towards part of the claim raised by the decree holders. Further amount will be paid when inter-se liability of the judgment debtors is settled and final order is passed in  Appeal Execution No.15 of 2015 titled ‘Parsvnath Developers Limited & Anr. Vs. Jyoti Sood & Ors.’.

                        In view of above, this execution application stands disposed of, giving liberty to the decree holders to file it again, when final order is passed in ‘Parsvnath Developers Limited & Anr. Vs. Jyoti Sood & Ors.’s case (supra).

                        It is made clear that if on presentation, any cheque is dishonoured, the decree holder immediately intimate said fact to Sh. Yudhvir Arora, DGM of the judgment debtors at his email address i.e. yudhvir.arora@parsvnath.com and his Mobile No.9878988868 through SMS. In that event, the judgment debtors will make payment of that dishonoured cheque, through a demand draft,  within seven days from the date of receipt of intimation, failing which, for each dishonor, judgment debtors will be responsible to pay cost of Rs.40,000/-.

                        Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
